JOB TITLE: BOBCAT DIVISION REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

LOCATION: Western Pa, Northwest Ohio, Southwest Ohio

STATUS: Full Time, Salary, Benefits Eligible

REPORTS TO: VP of Operations

Our product lines are supported by Parts and Service Departments at our 8 branches located in Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. NEWLY OFFERING: Grounds and Maintenance Equipment in addition to our BOBCAT core product line!

PRODUCT LINES: Full line dealer Bobcat compact equipment. Skid/Track Loaders, Excavators, Mini loaders, Versa Handlers, utility vehicles, tractors, mowers and light compaction equipment. Stihl hand held power tools

Regional Operations Managers are responsible for:

• Responsible for all aspects of managing parts procurement, vendor relations, and customer service for compact equipment customers.
• Able to assist employees in reading parts diagrams and breakdowns, using a computer to look up parts using electronic parts catalogs.
• Managing the processing of core returns and shipping exchange parts cores to vendors and tracking core credits.
• Must have good communication and phone etiquette. Ability to solve problems.
• Manages the process of receiving all customer and service departments ordered parts and components.
• Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
• Read and understand Profit and Loss statements to identify success as well as problem areas.

REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

• Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of employees
• Construction equipment knowledge with a parts and or service background preferred.
• Travel will be required. Overnight stays will occasionally be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction Equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
• Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Profit & loss: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Perryopolis, PA 15473: Relocate before starting work (Required)
