JOB TITLE: BOBCAT DIVISION REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

PRODUCT LINES: Full line dealer Bobcat compact equipment. Skid/Track Loaders, Excavators, Mini loaders, Versa Handlers, utility vehicles, tractors, mowers and light compaction equipment. Stihl hand held power tools

Regional Operations Managers are responsible for:
- Responsible for all aspects of managing parts procurement, vendor relations, and customer service for compact equipment customers.
- Able to assist employees in reading parts diagrams and breakdowns, using a computer to look up parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Managing the processing of core returns and shipping exchange parts cores to vendors and tracking core credits.
- Must have good communication and phone etiquette. Ability to solve problems.
- Manages the process of receiving all customer and service departments ordered parts and components.
- Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
- Read and understand Profit and Loss statements to identify success as well as problem areas.
- Grow positive relationships and cultures among employees.

REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)
- Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of employees
- Construction equipment knowledge with a parts and or service background preferred.
- Travel will be required. Overnight stays will occasionally be necessary.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
