Key Responsibilities:

2. Order Processing:

   • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.

   • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
   • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

4. Product Knowledge:

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in Customer Service is a plus.
