We are currently seeking a detailed and people-oriented individual for a Customer Service Representative opportunity!

The Customer Service Representativehandles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers. They provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible. This person provides this information by the use of various internal systems. Our goal is to make every caller feel they have made the right choice in selecting GTL to service all of their insurance needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Service experience, call center preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college preferred
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail plus ability to navigate within multiple systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus
