Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone. You will work with a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone and in-person
• Provide product information and assist customers with product selection
• Process customer orders and returns
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work with team members to ensure that Customer Service goals are met
• Maintain a clean and organized Customer Service area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Salary and Benefits:

• This is a full-time position, Located in Port Charlotte, Florida with a daily shift from Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is $18.10-$19.70/ Hourly, depending on experience.
