POSITION:
Customer Service Representative
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Account Representative will report to the Controller. All-In Removal is searching for an individual who is detail-oriented, can multitask, a proactive communicator, and has a notable and verifiable customer relationship track record. The ability to show perseverance and focus, while remaining positive and authentic, is highly desired. A knowledge of the equine industry is preferred, but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Manage customer accounts, overseeing everything from account contacts, client requests, and product disputes
· When closing a new lead, follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction, learning customers and their preferences
· Pass on escalated issues to the Controller or Operations Manager for evaluation
· Assist in special projects, as necessary.
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in a sales or account management role
· Strong Customer Service and listening skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience preferred
· Experience with QuickBooks online preferred
· Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral correspondence
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
· Ability to foster interpersonal communication is critical while also being assertive and confident
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· High stress tolerance
· Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
· Proficient in Google applications
