Position Overview

A Successful, State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bayside, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Office Representative who likes helping people to join their Team. As a State Farm team member for Chris Moretti - State Farm Insurance Agent, you will provide remarkable Customer Service and help deepen our relationships with our customers.

We are seeking individuals who are motivated, have good communication skills, and are willing to commit themselves to their success. State Farm offers training, support and mentoring throughout your relationship with State Farm Insurance. Our team will be there for you every step of the way. Resposibilities

• Daily responsibilities include answering phones, assisting clients with their insurance policies, discussing billing, cross-offering other insurance products depending on the policyholder needs, following up with existing and prospective policyholders.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Compensation: $38,500 to $55,000 Base Plus Bonus and Commissions

Requirements

• Customer service or office experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, Organized, Quick Learner
• Coachable, Driven, and have a desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Bilingual Preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
