New Franklin Road Self Storage has a part-time position available immediately, 25-30 hours a week, with some Saturdays required. The job duties include assisting the manager in renting storage units, receiving and posting customer payments, answering phones, office administrative duties, and cleaning storage units and facility grounds. Excellent Customer Service and basic computer skills are a must. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Detailed training will be provided, so we ask for serious, long-term applicants with the ability to arrive on time to work every day.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
1. Ability to multi-task
2. Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
3. Ability to accurately count and handle money
4. Excellent phone and Customer Service skills
5. Ability to pass a background check/drug test
