Customer Service Representative

Apex Media Solutions is a leading voice search, digital media, content creation, and web design company who is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative in our Marketing Department to join our team. This is an opportunity to further your existing experience or those interested in entry level learning into the Marketing field.

We are seeking a professional, multi-tasker, who works well under pressure and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of client's services and marketing developments
• Gather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and new business presentations
• Monitor the growth of the supported initiatives and provide periodic updates on the business metrics to the clients
• Able to build rapport and form business relationships with all clients, existing and potential
• Demonstrated ability with exceptional organizational skills and effective time management

Requirements:

• Must have Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, Google Calendar preferred
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software
• Proven success in previous marketing positions
• Ability to establish positive rapport with customers and clients
