```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ```Duties```
§ Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
§ Plan, schedule, expedite priorities, delegate, train and assign duties involved in the preparation and processing of orders involving repair parts, reconditioned roller and retrofit items.
§ Direct the processing of service center requests for pricing, product availability and historical data.
§ Confer with customers as to prices, availability, order status, delays, changes, shipping and delivery dates, terms or other sales conditions as related to service items.
§ Respond to inquiries, provide assistance and make recommendations and resolve problems and initiate correction action within limits of delegated authority.
§ Determine and approve return goods authorization credit memos, as warranted.
§ Coordinate and schedule field service personnel for handling of on-site repairs and service problems.
§ Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation, maintenance of records, lists and files pertinent to activities.
§ Contribute to product safety functions through individual and committee efforts.
§ Review and recommend changes to service part lists on a regularly scheduled basis.
§ Contact vendor for price quotation and product availability and expedite needs as urgency dictates.
§ Keep abreast to new developments, trends, and practices in the field.
§ Perform other related duties as assigned.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially Spanish
