Job Description
Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures, and markets advanced hemostatic technologies for use in the medical device industry. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be able to help with a multitude of support responsibilities.
As a Hemostasis Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' crucial point of contact, answer questions, enter orders, address concerns, and support our outside sales team. This position requires a professional, organized, high-energy, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is driven by success.
Responsibilities include:
· Answer incoming Customer Service calls and resolve all questions, requests, and changes
· Assist customers with product information, quotations, samples, and sales orders
· Work with accounting to set up and maintain customer accounts
· Support outside sales team with marketing material, sales reports, tradeshows, and requests
· Work with manufacturing to coordinate shipping schedules and perform shipping, receiving, and purchasing duties
Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a medical manufacturing environment
· Exceptional Customer Service and administrative skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and multi-task
· Experience with Kinetic preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to work in a rapidly growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
