Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and other inquiries from customers
• Provide information and guidance to customers regarding furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing services
• Schedule appointments for furniture repair technicians and ensure timely communication with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Service or a related field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing is a plus but not required
