We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and other inquiries from customers
- Provide information and guidance to customers regarding furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing services
- Schedule appointments for furniture repair technicians and ensure timely communication with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with furniture repair, restoration, and refinishing is a plus but not required
