Inside Sales Assistant/Customer Care

We are looking for a talented, friendly, upbeat, and willing to learn attitude, to assist with our local and online customers. If you enjoy helping people, communicating over email and the phone, and like building solid relationships with people, we would love to have you. The Customer Care Representative will play a fundamental role in helping our customers succeed. You must be comfortable answering calls each day, managing orders, and helping to customers through the ordering process. This position is Part-Time 20-25 hours a week from 1pm-6pm from our business office in Idaho Falls, ID.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with orders and updates
- Take payments
- Answer phone calls
- Research account history and relay information to customers
- Enter notes and records of interactions through ERP software
- Answer emails and general customer questions
- Help with Factory Seconds sales and walk in traffic
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven ability to solve problems
