SalaryResponsibilities:
This position is NOT a call center environment. However, customer calls will be received and account for 50% Answering inbound and outbound phone calls making sure to create a great experience for the customer (Call volume Varies)
- Handle a variety of size accounts
- Answering questions internally and externally, creating project list, solving issues via phone or email / Placing orders online for customers
- Creating brochure packets for customers / Assembling Packets neat & Properly
- Work with other departments and manufacturers on a day to day
- Being able to lift up to 25lbs
- Tracking shipments when needed

- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable/ multi-tasking along with being able to prioritize workload/Have email and phone etiquette
