JOB SUMMARY
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about Shamrock labeling products. The Client Care Coordinator must have knowledge of Customer Service principals, be motivated to gain knowledge regarding Shamrock Labels products, and drive customer satisfaction.
JOB FUNCTIONS
· Deals directly with customers, either by telephone or electronically in a professional and service-oriented manner at all times.
· Responds promptly to customer inquiries within the required timelines set by the supervisor/director.
· Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product inquiries from customers and team members.
· Provides accurate and consistent pricing and customer quotations.
· Secures and transmits to customers relevant delivery information.
· Sets up new customer accounts, in collaboration with credit department, at customer request
· Processes stock & custom orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and consistent with company processes. Looks for ways to improve processes as trends are identified.
· Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
· Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
· Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions. Maintains accuracy and confidentiality.
· Records details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and records details of actions taken
· Maintains customer databases in line with company expectations.
· Communicates and coordinates with internal departments and collaborates effectively with the team.
· Follows up on customer interactions timely, and with care.
· Provides feedback on the efficiency of the client care process to drive continued efficiency in the role.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent (some college coursework preferred); Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, including all Microsoft Office programs; highly organized.
