Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from multiline phone system
- Schedule appointments for multiple technicians
- Take customer payments over phone and in person
- Process customer payments from daily incoming mail
- Assist with Monthly Statements
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background Check
- Knowledge of Windows Based Applications ( Microsoft Applications)
- Knowledge of Web-Based Applications
- MUST have a Positive Attitude and Work Productively with Co-workers
- MUST possess Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- MUST be a Highly Organized individual with Excellent Multi-tasking Skills.
- MUST be Dependable and able to work a Minimum of 40 hours per week
- MUST be able to work Proficiently in a fast-paced office
