To provide excellent Customer Service in developing a customer base through solicitation, loan extension, and/or adjustment of delinquent accounts.
- Applies principles of good cash control, operates a cash drawer, processes bank deposits, safeguards cash, maintains records and balances.
- Provide Customer Service by greeting, assisting and soliciting people entering the office and people contacting the office by phone.
- Receive and process credit verification.
- Process routine transactions on an on-line terminal, process payments and disbursements.
- Prepare reports, type correspondence and transaction documents, maintain files, and handle mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Actively market all branch products and services to individuals and local businesses.
