The Customer Service Representative is a front office staff position responsible for all customer contact from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- All customer contact -- whether via phone, email, text -- from start to finish, including but not limited to updating the customer on status of vehicle, answering questions, etc.
- Contacting insurance companies
- Uses the highest standard in professionalism when dealing with customers, insurance representatives, vendors and associates
- Assist with collection of Accounts Receivable
- Clerical duties, such as data entry, faxing, emailing, obtaining proper signatures, etc.
- Answering phones and emails in a timely manner
- Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Customer Service role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
