Kamps is a full service pallet company meeting the needs of industries coast to coast. Kamps manufactures new pallets, reconditioned pallets, and recycles unrepairable pallets into mulch and bark. Essential Functions:
- Work with Plant Manager and General Manager in accordance with plant policies, and procedures
- Review and complete paperwork as required
- Take phone calls and emails from customers/vendors in a friendly manner while managing their expectations
- Work closely with dispatch on scheduling customer pickups and deliveries as well as continually communicating with customers/vendors on the status of the deliveries/pickups
- Enter shipping and receiving orders in KP Tools
- Manage orders and schedules for the plant
- Be familiar with dispatch duties and assist when needed
- Handle outside carriers picking up at the facility
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or General Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office/Outlook Email
- Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well with varied personalities and ability levels
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
