Sterling State Bank is seeking to hire a qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Rochester, MN office located at 10 25th Street SE, Rochester, MN 55904.
Our CSRs work to expand customer relationships both inside and outside of the branch, building long-term banking relationships with new and existing customers through opening and maintaining bank deposit products and assisting with some consumer loan processing. Core areas of focus include deposit accounts (checking, savings, certificates and safe deposit boxes), assisting with processing transactions at the teller line (as needed), handling bank IRA products (certificates, savings accounts), debit and credit card ordering/maintenance, and supporting branch operations by providing great Customer Service surrounding the Bank’s digital banking products. Previous banking experience either as a universal banker, personal banker, CSR or teller, is valued for this position.
This position offers a consistent, full time schedule (40 hours per week, M-F) with no Saturday shifts required. Professional benefits package included (health care, paid vacation, and 401k).
