Customer Service Representative

ResetSmile (resetsmile.com) is a rapidly growing company in the at-home tooth replacement market. By leveraging the benefits of teledentistry we provide our customers with dentist quality tooth replacement in less time and at a fraction of the cost.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to work full time as a Customer Service Representative at our manufacturing facility in Irving, TX. Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers to request missing information needed to process orders (photos, health consent forms, etc)
• Discuss treatment planning with customers prior to production of their order
• Assist customers with the dental impression taking process
• Process product returns and orders that cannot be produced by ResetSmile
• Liaise with our technicians internally regarding process for retaking dental impressions
• Assist customers with their ResetSmile device post-delivery

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience - minimum 2 Years, ideally in healthcare, personal care, or the medical and dentistry area.
• Experience in a dental lab or clinic (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Experience working with Customer Service technology platforms such as Zendesk and customer databases.
• Fluent in English

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be fluent in English. Training for this role will be provided but two years minimum Customer Service experience is required and additional experience in a dental laboratory or dental office is preferred. First round interviews will be conducted virtually, followed by in-person interviews for qualified candidates.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
