About the Position:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission, guiding our patients on their transformational journey. This role is not merely about answering calls or handling queries; it's about becoming a critical liaison between patients and their desired surgical results. Responsibilities:
- Empower Patients: Provide comprehensive information to help patients make informed decisions about their desired procedure. Your role will be pivotal in helping them understand what to expect and how to prepare for their transformational journey.
- Maintain Patient Records: Document and uphold all correspondence with patients in our state-of-the-art system, ensuring continuity of care and personalized service.
- Engage: Connect with patients over the phone or in person, providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will be their first point of contact, setting the tone for their overall experience.
- Be the Guide: Act as a critical link between the surgeon and the patient, facilitating communication about surgical results and future steps.
- Patient Safety: Review patients' medications and health history, and determine pre-admission testing to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all stages of their journey.
Required Experience:
- Patient Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage with patients and provide outstanding Customer Service.
- Attention to Detail: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, surgeons, and other staff members.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred), showcasing your ability to meet and exceed patient expectations.
