As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of our team responsible for our customer relationships and earning business by talking to our customers when they call with an Appliance Repair need.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of Customer Service, team support and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

- Create Purchase Orders, receive in parts and manage day-to-day dispatch
- Pick up and deliver parts as needed

- Build strong relationships with our technicians and office staff
- Friendly and cheerful disposition
- Call center and/or dispatch experience in a service related industry is preferable
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to speak with numerous customers without getting overwhelmed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Great ability with business system software and Microsoft Office/Google applications
- Reliable personal transportation
- Team player who takes initiative
