Auto Exam, Inc. is a full-service marketing company providing automotive products to over 400 credit unions nationwide. We are looking for a highly qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process a high-volume of communication (online and by phone) from policyholders, business partners and other interested parties that require assistance.
- Greet Customers as they enter the building.
- Complete and process Vehicle Service Contract applications proficiently and accurately to meet the expected processing time.
- Confirm understanding of customer needs, issues and requests to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties relating to accounts payable.
- Become proficient in products and services offered.
- Prioritize workflow according to business needs.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team, to ensure operational standards are met.
- Demonstrate kindness and respect to others.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Customer Service skills and prior experience.
- Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
- Some accounts payable / reconciliation background
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center where flexibility is highly valued.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner through excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to show initiative.
- Positive and professional attitude.
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
