Customer Service Representative

Auto Exam, Inc. is a full-service marketing company providing automotive products to over 400 credit unions nationwide. We are looking for a highly qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process a high-volume of communication (online and by phone) from policyholders, business partners and other interested parties that require assistance.
• Greet Customers as they enter the building.
• Complete and process Vehicle Service Contract applications proficiently and accurately to meet the expected processing time.
• Confirm understanding of customer needs, issues and requests to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties relating to accounts payable.
• Become proficient in products and services offered.
• Prioritize workflow according to business needs.
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team, to ensure operational standards are met.
• Demonstrate kindness and respect to others.

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong Customer Service skills and prior experience.
• Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
• Some accounts payable / reconciliation background
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center where flexibility is highly valued.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner through excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to show initiative.
• Positive and professional attitude.

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
