Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
