Front Desk Agent

The Radisson Hotel Freehold is seeking passionate customer service professionals to join our award-winning team as a part-time Front Desk Agent. If you're remarkably responsible and reliable, and you love to brighten someone’s day by providing an outstanding guest experience, we want to hear from you.

We are currently seeking candidates to work full-time (5 shifts per week). Candidates must be willing and available to work a variety of the following shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays:

7am-3pm/weekends as needed

How to Succeed:

• Demonstrate a take-charge attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise effectively and professionally.
• Input and manage computerized data with an eye for detail.
• Organize and maintain checklists, files, and reports.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment.
• Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay.
• Opera experience is a plus.
