Job Description
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and composure
- Identifying, assessing, and resolving problems or issues
- Monitoring the progress of delivery routes
- Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps
- Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills
- Capability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.
- Weekly Pay! Every Friday
- Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
