What you’ll do:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience interacting with various types of customers
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Prepare and manage customer accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
- Provide first person problem resolution for customers over the phone and email
- Receive and record customer payments
- Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
The following skills and experience are preferred but not requirements for applying.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and a strong motivation to learn
- Previous experience in pest control or a service related industry
- High degree of professionalism
- Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Excellent organization/time management skills
- Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions
