Form of work*Hybrid Call Center Opportunities in Daytona Beach, Florida*
- Training onsite for the first 4 weeks.
- Training schedule: 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- After training representatives will work 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls pertaining to mortgage questions.
- The insurance questions will pertain to home owners insurance and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
- The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
- Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required, as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of call center or office administration/management/Customer Service experience.
- Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating software system.
- Typing speed: at least 35 WPM
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Internet Connection.
