Job Description
Location: Jacksonville, FL (must reside in the Jacksonville, FL)
Assignment: 5/20/24- 3 months (potential extension)
Hours: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday: 12:30pm-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 2:30-11:00pm and 3:30pm-12:00am EST
Pay: $15.00 per hour PAID WEEKLY
Special details: Must pass background.
Must have own equipment/camera that can connect to a modem/router and must pass technical requirements.
?USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions.
?Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI)
?Core i3 with 16GB of RAM
?Minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download.
?Minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
?Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net
Summary:
Will answer phones from potential and existing customers; ask specific questions to determine need and then transfer to the appropriate department.
• Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
