Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service levels.
• Ocassainly process and pack customer orders, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling.
• Attend trade shows to represent the company, showcasing products and services while engaging with potential customers and industry peers.
• Manage the showroom by maintaining an inviting and informative space, ensuring knowledgeable staff, and aligning the showroom's presentation with the company's marketing and sales strategies.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer records, and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve shipping and customer-related issues.
• Operate shipping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot assembly and functionality issues with firearms and related products.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of previous experience in a Customer Service role required
• Ability to type 40 words per minute
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required
• Military or gun store experience is highly desired
• Proficient in the assembly and use of AR-15, AR-10, and Glock pistol platforms
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Must be able to multitask and type
