Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service levels.
- Ocassainly process and pack customer orders, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling.
- Attend trade shows to represent the company, showcasing products and services while engaging with potential customers and industry peers.
- Manage the showroom by maintaining an inviting and informative space, ensuring knowledgeable staff, and aligning the showroom's presentation with the company's marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer records, and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve shipping and customer-related issues.
- Operate shipping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot assembly and functionality issues with firearms and related products.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous experience in a Customer Service role required
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required
- Military or gun store experience is highly desired
- Proficient in the assembly and use of AR-15, AR-10, and Glock pistol platforms
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Must be able to multitask and type
