Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $50,000 Annually

The Customer Service Representative role offers a dynamic opportunity to support established clients while honing your professional skills. Partnering with Account Managers and Sales Associates, you'll handle diverse tasks like availability requests, tracking updates, billing orders, and follow-up, while providing exceptional Customer Service. Job Responsibilities:
- Navigate the customer journey for over 2,000 clients, from initial availability checks to post-sale support. Collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Excel in phone and email communication, clearly conveying product availability, tracking updates, and billing details to both customers and teammates.
- Proactively identify process gaps in billing, installation, and pre/post-sales, raising red flags and proposing solutions to guarantee a smooth customer experience
- Collect, analyze, and champion customer feedback, transforming insights into actionable improvements that elevate the brand experience.
- Work alongside prestigious brands like Patagonia, Peter Millar, YETI, and more, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.
- Champion our brands by consistently delivering exceptional knowledge and experiences to all customer interactions.
- Serve as a valuable resource, readily sharing knowledge and expertise while fostering a culture of learning and mutual support within the team.
- Navigate a dynamic work environment utilizing a diverse range of software tools, including CRMs, workflow management platforms, and vendor sites.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Customer Service best practices, ensuring empathetic and efficient interactions with every client.
- A passion for golf/sports and familiarity with our partner brands would be a valuable asset, fostering deeper connections with customers and colleagues.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with precision and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
- Mastered MS Office and demonstrate a quick learning curve for our in-house ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with the team.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, retail, or promotional products is a bonus, providing valuable context and practical skills.
- Able to independently manage workload while consistently delivering exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.
- Embody a collaborative mindset, prioritizing teamwork and supporting colleagues with a positive and professional attitude.
