Customer Service Represenatative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our company as a Remote employee in the Washington Puget Sound area. You must live in the Puget Sound Area.

Responsibilities include:

• Placing and tracking of customer orders
• Handle customer, client, and salesperson inquiries and requests
• Provide order tracking assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Document and update customer and client records
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of the products
• Commission reconcilliation
• Deduction management

Qualifications

• 3 years Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, EDI helpful
• Must be able to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• PC skills are a must
• Independent decision-making, quick learner
• Ability to build rapport with co-workers, customers, and clients
• MS Office Suite
• Positive and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
• Experience with trade management systems/planners
• Previous consumer packaged goods or retail experience
• Familiar with grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores
