Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our company as a Remote employee in the Washington Puget Sound area. You must live in the Puget Sound Area.
Responsibilities include:
- Placing and tracking of customer orders
- Handle customer, client, and salesperson inquiries and requests
- Provide order tracking assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Document and update customer and client records
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of the products
- Commission reconcilliation
- Deduction management
Qualifications
- 3 years Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, EDI helpful
- Must be able to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- PC skills are a must
- Independent decision-making, quick learner
- Ability to build rapport with co-workers, customers, and clients
- MS Office Suite
- Positive and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
- Experience with trade management systems/planners
- Previous consumer packaged goods or retail experience
- Familiar with grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores
