We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers through effective data entry and analysis
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English

Pay: $17.87 - $21.52 per hour
