The Customer Service Representative provides world-class service to clients and potential clients by scheduling appointments, processing payments, and addressing questions or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming phone calls in a friendly, timely fashion.
- Schedules appointments.
- Recommends the Comfort Club Memberships to our clients by suggestive selling.
- Adheres to the required call flow.
- Makes a minimum of 80 daily outbound calls during nonpeak times.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
The schedule is first shift Monday through Friday 11 am - 7 pm.
Salary
From $18-$20 per hour based on experience, plus commission

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
- Six months of Customer Service experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Experience using Service Titan strongly preferred.
- Experience with Alpha Numeric Data Entry is required.
- Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
