An amazing tech company is looking to hire a Customer Service/Call Center Rep to join their growing team. You will be the frontline for incoming calls, emails and texts regarding updates on orders and general questions.

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Answer phones and email correspondence
- Provide prompt and accurate responses
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Use provided software to track customer interactions
- Collaborate with team
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm.
Pay: $20 per hour
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience - on phones
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Must be tech savvy - comfortable navigating through multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT experience a plus!
