Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!
A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative: Answer calls from customers and respond to emails and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information on our commercial bus rental services. Assist customers with booking and scheduling their bus rentals. Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests. Document customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.
