Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding billing, payments, and account status
- Take inbound calls from customers or to answer any questions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus (not required)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software and other Customer Service tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
