Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! Psychotherapists are passionate about serving women, men, college students, teens, and with anxiety, depression & trauma we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. What we're looking for:
Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide Mental Health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Active IL license (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC, OR clinician pursuing licensure that comes highly recommended
- Available 32 hours per week with the expectation of holding at least 25 clinical hours

- Previous experience as a Mental Health Therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
