Customer Service/ Customer Liaison
We are a construction company that specializes in soundproofing treatments for residential and commercial spaces. We service the entire Bay Area for customers' sound and acoustic concerns and general contracting.

We are seeking someone who has extraordinary Customer Service skills both in person and on the phone. You will be the first person our clients will meet and help with their sound concerns!
Do you have knowledge of construction and strong sales skills to set yourself apart and use those skills towards potential customers? Do you have a can do attitude with a winning mindset that you can take a task and run with it? We are seeking this energetic individual who can work without supervision. Take the initiative!
Computer literate, of course. We use Google Suite and Quickbooks so knowledge is a must but will train the right person.
Availability: Monday-Fridays 9am-5:30pm
Must be dependable to open and close our office.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
-Strong work history. We seek someone who will commit to seeing this company grow!
- 5 years of “on the floor” Customer Service experience. We do have a showroom for customers to visit and ask questions or purchase soundproofing materials. You will learn about the products and explain how to install, what the proper sound treatments are recommended and pricing. You will show customers why we are the right company for them!
--Strong math skills. You will work and assist with job estimates and contracts.
-Fantastic communication skills. You will be working with Project Managers, sub-contractors and installers.
-Facilitate orders from our eCommerce store.
-Strong multi tasking abilities!
-Able to lift 50lbs. We have construction materials on site.
-Maintain accurate and organized records of all client payments and contracts.
-Maintain a lead tracking system (CRM).
-Sort and process incoming emails.
-Answer incoming calls.
-Place vendor orders, coordinate shipments and track inventory.
