Job Details
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
Work hours: In-office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
The Customer Care Representative-II reports directly to the Director of Customer Care and is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, fax and email correspondence, quotations and technical questions as well as order entry and Customer Service.
- Answer inquiries about company and Customer Service calls.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Work as receptionist backup when needed.
- Respond to questions regarding pricing and services.
- Process orders including order entry, order review for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Scheduling orders in customer portals and arranging order pick up.
- Invoice customer orders.
- Create customer labels.
Required:
- Manufacturing or warehouse distribution center experience
- Recent experience in a similar Customer Service position
Not looking for:
- Call center experience
- Medical facilities experience
