Responsibilities
- Solve tickets in Zendesk in a good and timely manner
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or tech support role
- Strong consumer electronics background;
- Track record of over-achieving quota;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening;
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively;
- Bachelor degree
- Detail-oriented and would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- High-stress tolerance, thrives in a high-pressure environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
