Responsibilities

• Solve tickets in Zendesk in a good and timely manner
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support or tech support role

• Strong consumer electronics background;
• Track record of over-achieving quota;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening;
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively;
• Bachelor degree
• Detail-oriented and would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
• High-stress tolerance, thrives in a high-pressure environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
