As a Customer Service Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of our fast growing company!
- Deal one on one with customers on a daily basis to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs.
- Provide superior Customer Service driving sales and rental volume.
- Contract management and sales lead follow up
- Log all call details into our POS system
- Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type
- Other duties assigned as needed as management
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
- Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Able to deal with a high volume of tasks
- Excellent time management and efficiency skills
- Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
- Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally
- Must be willing to work Saturday mornings from 7am-12pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
