Customer Service Rental Agent

As a Customer Service Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Be the face of our fast growing company!
• Deal one on one with customers on a daily basis to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs.
• Provide superior Customer Service driving sales and rental volume.
• Contract management and sales lead follow up
• Log all call details into our POS system
• Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type
• Other duties assigned as needed as management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
• Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Able to deal with a high volume of tasks
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
• Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
• Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally
• Must be willing to work Saturday mornings from 7am-12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
