We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent Customer Service and administrative support to ensure a stellar customer experience.
Remote work is available for this position. This person’s main focus would be answering high volume phones (50+/day) and directing those calls to the proper sales agent.Someone who is knowledgeable and enjoys working in the automotive industry is a big plus.

Must be desktop computer savvy; familiar with Microsoft windows, Chrome or Firefox browsers, Gmail / mail clients, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email, providing friendly and professional service.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member. Minimum call volume expectation of 30 calls per day.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience.
- Experience in retail is required, with automotive knowledge preferred.
- Prefer candidates for experience with online retail platforms including eBay, Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and Wordpress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Customer Service or office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role required, with experience in retail environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
