Partners Professionals is currently looking for a Call Center Agent, located in Lake Forest. Temp to hire, M-F 8-5pm, onsite, offering $18.50-20/hr.
Call Center Agent Job duties:
· Answer incoming calls to assist customers on any questions or assist with sales.
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to analyze their needs and provide relevant information.
· Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
· Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions.
Call Center Agent Requirements:
· 1+ years’ experience as Call Center Rep or similar type of job
· Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
· Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
· Ability to analyze customer information and provide appropriate recommendations.
· Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
· 1+ years’ experience in a call center or similar Customer Service role required
· Degree preferred
