Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Part Time: Evenings (4:30-8:00 PM), Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services.
- Scheduling: Schedule customer appointments.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other departments to coordinate service requests and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our garage door products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
