We are seeking compassionate and bilingual Customer Health Advocates to join our Biloxi team and assist patients in using a vital health tracking app.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Health Advocate at Balto Health, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives. You will be responsible for placing outbound calls to patients, guiding them through the process of downloading and setting up a mobile app designed to help them track their medication and vital signs. Your support will empower patients to take charge of their health and enhance their healthcare coordination with their doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Outreach: Place outbound calls to patients in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- App Setup: Assist patients in downloading and setting up the health tracking app on their devices.
- Education: Provide clear and patient-friendly instructions on how to use the app effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Address patient questions and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in healthcare or Customer Service is a plus.
- Willingness to work from our Biloxi, MS contact center.
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
