Customer Service Planogram

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill a Customer Service and Planograming position in our Ontario, CA location. The ideal candidate will learn to create a planogram, for our Sureshot Redemption customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. An aptitude to function within deadlines while working both independently and as a part of a team is essential.

This position offers up to 40 hours per week and applicants must be flexible to work on weekends.

CSR Job Requirements:

The CSR will be primarily responsible for interacting with customers and delivery teams throughout the day to resolve issues and provide support and preparing management reports. Other duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Embrace continuous improvement and review workflow for possible operation improvements
• Interacting with the staff of the client in resolving customer issues
• Handle inbound calls from customers and inquires
• Gain a full understanding of all products assortments
• Learn the different fixtures used by retailers, work with POG software
• Create sales orders for POG setups
• Develop and manage timelines for orders and deliveries
• Liaise with sales department to forecast planogram needs
• Provide sales and Customer Service with the following support:
• Additional required paperwork to support shipment of fixture kits per customer
• Manage planogram request and orders
• Perform other duties as needed and directed by management

CSR Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and/or skills:

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel. Knowledge in Shelf Logic Software is a plus.

· Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

· Problem-solving with quick resolution to issues
