Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Parlin and East Brunswick. As a vital part of our Office Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and assisting in the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for individuals who are available specifically on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to parents, guardians, and visitors.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the registration process for classes and programs.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and class schedules.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
