Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator & Customer Service Representative. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional Customer Service, and handling various administrative tasks. Your primary duties will include answering phones, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, and assisting with invoicing. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Process customer payments and update account information
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable with outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes
