We are looking for someone to step in and hit the ground running as a Customer Service representative / sales associate.

Your primary responsibility will be answering phones, emails, chat box and ensuring steady, positive workflow and customer experiences. Duities include:

• Taking Sales Orders and Answering Product Inquiries
• Delegating requests and information to the appropriate personnel
• Dealer Account Inquiries
• Customer Support Inquiries
• Outside Vendor Inquiries
• Warranty Processing
• Small parts and merch Packaging & Printing Shipping Labels
• Coordinating UPS and Freight Pickups
• Work Order Dispatch
• Managing Shipping Damage Claims
• Quickbooks Data Entry
• Attending Offsite Events as needed
• Entering bi-weekly Payroll hours

We expect everyone to be handy with an iPhone camera and know the basics of the major social media apps very well. our shop hours are 10am-4pm mon-friday

Things that Will Put You On Top of the List:

Prior Powersports, Auto or Bike Shop Experience

Know Shopify Customer and Order Functions

Ride a Motorcycle and/or Ebike

Have Quickbooks and Numbers/Excel experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
